These are the consortia in the Norwegian market

Utsira North and Southern North Sea II were announced this year. We have made a list of the consortia who have expressed their interest in these two tenders.

Utsira Nord is the floating offshore wind park in Norway. The application deadline is postponed due to some disagreements with ESA around the allocation model. The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy has signaled that a new application deadline will be announced during Q1 2024.

Sørlige Nordsjø II is the bottom fixed offshore wind park. It will be allocated through an auction with CFD. The application deadline for pre-qualification is November 15.

Norwegian Offshore Wind has registered 17 different consortia who signaled interested in the Norwegian projects. All of them are represented within the cluster.

-We are undoubtfully facing challenges such as costs and some tough political discussions, but we are optimistic. We hope to see many applications for Southern North Sea II, says Arvid Nesse, manager of Norwegian Offshore Wind.

Developers marked in bold are members of Norwegian Offshore Wind.
