Norway back on track
Norway's floating offshore wind ambitions got a shot in the arm this week, after Energy Minister Terje Aasland confirmed that the government will deliver its quality assurance of the Utsira Nord support scheme as part of the state budget in October — a full nine months ahead of the deadline set by Parliament in June.
