Anne Mork, Consultant Business Management in Proactima, is the new working group leader for HSE in Norwegian Offshore Wind.

The mandate of the working group is mainly to be a meeting place for exchanging knowledge and experience around the thematic of HSE within Offshore Wind.

Proactima is a leading management consulting company in Norway, specializing in risk and crisis management, sustainability, HSE and emergency preparedness. The company is a large contributor in the offshore wind industries in sharing their expertise and experience from over 20 years of risk management on the NCS.

-  In Proactima, we look forward to working with other members of the cluster to ensure safe operations in Norway’s new industrial adventure. The composition and diversity in the HSE working group fosters synergies and cross-sharing, including opportunities for value-creating collaborations between industry and academia. A strong safety culture and HSE framework tailored to address the specific risks and challenges of the offshore wind sector are essential for shaping its future, says Mork.

Anne holds a law degree and has extensive operational and strategic experience within HSE and risk managment advisory.
