Norwegian Offshore Wind, The Norwegian Embassy in Rome and Mainstream invite you to a workshop in order to break down the bottlenecks and strategize solutions to successfully innovate, commercialize, and implement offshore wind projects in Italy.
The Italian government is currently setting new targets for offshore wind by 2050. There is a great interest in unleashing new development opportunities and create strategies to build out a supply chain capable of reinforcing the incoming wave of projects. Terna, the Italian grid operator, has received applications for more than 95 GW of offshore wind projects.
In doing so we have invited partner and country lead, Eugenio Tranchino, from Watson Farley & Williams to present their new report on the offshore wind market in Italy.

Get an update from the Norwegian and Italian ambassadors and learn more about the strategies of Norwegian Offshore Wind and Innovation Norway. Mainstream will also present their development plans for the region.
The event will take place at Aker headquarters at Fornebu (Oksenøyveien 8, Lysaker) on February 14th at 12:30 to 14:00. Coffee and refreshments.
