Hilde will help optimize offshore wind events

Bringing industry representatives together is one of the key functions of the industry network in Norwegian Offshore Wind. Hilde will oversee and coordinate approximately 50 events every year, ranging from specialized webinars to the international flagship event Floating Wind Days.

-It is a privilege to move the industry forward by bringing people together and facilitate knowledge sharing and discussions. I look forward to optimizing our events together with the rest of the team in Norwegian Offshore Wind, says Hilde.

She has a varied background from project management, event management and membership organisations. Since 2023 she has been Membership Manager in Norwegian Offshore Wind. 

-Hilde has been a central part of our team, and we are really excited to have her expertise with us in the role as Event manager, says Arvid Nesse, CEO of Norwegian Offshore Wind. 

After summer, the industry network will scale up events in the strategic markets for offshore wind. 

-We look forward to organizing specialized events based on the offshore wind projects that are in the pipeline. At this stage in the global development of offshore wind, it is important to connect supply chain companies and expertise with those who can put contracts on the table, says Hilde.
