Wergeland Base

Wergeland Base offers a wide range of services for the offshore oil & gas and wind industry. The base has great capacity with approx. 800 000 m2 levelled area, 1000 meters of deep water quay and North-Europe’s largest drydock under construction with completion in 2021. Wergeland Base will be the assembly site for the upcoming Hywind Tampen project, with the assembly of 11 turbines, using the Mammoet PTC-200 crane at our new heavy lift and deep water quay currently under construction.
