Working Group Meeting: Poland and the Baltics

Local content has become a central topic as Poland scales up its offshore wind ambitions. For policymakers, it’s about industrial development, jobs, and energy security; for developers and suppliers, it directly influences procurement strategies, partnerships, and long-term market positioning.

Igor Gielniak, Country Manager of Archer Poland, will join us in this meeting to help us gain a better understanding of this topic and how to approach it for international suppliers. He will present Archer and their experience in the Polish market, and provide an overview of how local content works in the Polish offshore wind sector and how he advices international companies to navigate this.

We will also present the updated plans for the working group and market activities for 2026.
