Webinar: RDS - Ensuring interoperability through standardization
-
Floating wind power production will require the combined strengths of development and operation of wind turbines, floaters, anchor systems, substations, control systems and distribution networks, and is highly dependent on cost-effective processes across multiple disciplines to produce more power, faster and cheaper. In this webinar we will look at how a common “digital language” supported by standardised work processes and tools that can ensure interoperability across the value chain. The starting point is the information standard IEC/ISO 81346 Part 10, Power Systems (PS). We shall look at both Reference Designation System (RDS) for Wind and RDS PS, and how implementation of these standards ensures efficient communication of data and information across all stakeholders in the value chain.
