South Korea is making progress in offshore wind. Join us in meeting stakeholders in Seoul and Jeju Island.
During this visit we will organise meetings through our partners in Korea.
KWEIA and Norwegian Offshore Wind signed an MOU during the Norway-Korea Offshore Wind Forum in November 2023. The government of Jeju Island is central to the offshore wind development in Korea, and Norwegian Offshore Wind signed an MOU with them last year.
Equinor's Bandibuli 500 MW project is driving the development of floating offshore wind in Korea, and will build on the allready strong releationship between our two markets.
This visit is open to members of Norwegian Offshore Wind who would like to explore this excting market.
Our draft itinirary will be Monday to Wednesday in Seoul, and we leave for Jeju Island Wednesday evening from Gimpo airport. We will make sure we travel as a group and revert with more detailed information.
The fee of NOK 10.000 is per company.
