Programme

• 08:00 Departure by bus from Esbjerg
• 10:00-11:30 Session with RWE's Site Manager
• 11:30-13:00 Presentation by the Port of Thorsminde, including lunch with local supply chain companies
• 13:00 Departure by bus to Billund Airport
• 15:00 Arrival at Billund Airport

Practicality

• We advice you to fly to Billund on the morning of 2 of November. When we know who will attend and which flight arrangements we will try to organise a joint transport from Billund. 
• For those that only will attend Thorsminde it is advised to spend the night in Esbjerg. There will be set up transport between Esbjerg and Thorsminde in the morning of the 4th and transport between Thorsminde and Billund.
• For those of you will taking part in the Boostcamp we advice you to fly to Billund on the morning of 2 of November. When we know who will attend and which flight arrangements we will try to organise a joint transport from Billund.
