Energy Breakfast: Why Norway needs offshore wind

Offshore wind is more topical than ever. Some are for it, others against. However, the reasons why offshore wind could be beneficial for Norway are rarely discussed. We intend to change that at this breakfast seminar during Arendalsuka.

Here, you will meet Katinka Bogaard, Managing Director of Volt Power Analytics and named "Power Woman of the Year 2025" (Årets kraftkvinne), alongside Robert Hjorth from BCG. Together, they have looked into what offshore wind could mean for Norwegian electricity customers.

In addition, we are inviting offshore wind developers, suppliers, and — not least — energy politicians to join the discussion.
